Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customer-initiated Cancellations:

    • You may cancel a booked service at any time before the scheduled service date and time.
    • To cancel a service, please log in to your vorkup  account or contact our customer support team.
    • Cancellations made within a certain time frame before the scheduled service (4 hours) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  2. Service Provider Cancellations:

    • In rare instances, a service provider may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or equipment failure.
    • If a service provider cancels a service, you will be promptly notified, and we will make every effort to reschedule the service at a convenient time for you. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds for Cancellations:

    • If you cancel a service within the specified cancellation period, we will process your refund within 7  business days.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise requested.
  2. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service:

    • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of service completion.
    • We will investigate your concern and, if necessary, issue a refund or offer a credit for a future service.
  3. No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to be present or provide access for a scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
  4. Service Interruption Refunds:

    • If a service is interrupted due to reasons within our control (e.g., technical issues), we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the service cannot be completed, you will receive a full refund.
